Logo-n-stitch is a family run business. We work from home, this helps keep the overheads down. Our website is www.logo-n-stitch.co.uk.
We started our business a couple of years ago but we only really got going with it a year ago. So we call it our first year in business. There have been a few glitches on the way but we have learnt from this and only improved things along the way. Things can get stressfull at times, mostly at the back to school period. This is when we are our peak and our embroidery machines are doing 15 hour days, 7 days a week. To add to this we deliver schoolwear to our customers homes locally, so it's busy,busy,busy. While this is going on we supply companies, businesses, clubs, retail shops, nurseries and so on. So we try to keep things at a steady pace all year round.

At logo-n-stitch we try to do as much of the work ourselves, this keeps the cost down so that we then can pass this onto the customer and still retain a reasonble profit. Customer send us their logos on a format we recognise then once agreed the set-up fee, we will send them a copy of their logo so that they can see what it's going to look like before it's put on the clothing. Our intention is to get bigger - steadily, so that we can resume our good customer services. And learn as much as we can to keep overheads down. We currently supply people from all over the UK and a few enquiries from outside.The website is always getting changed in one way or another and we get a lot a people asking us for a website link exchange, which usually isn't a problem. We can do free advertising for people that we supply which helps them get more business, gets them more customers, employ more people and then ask us for more clothing - in that way everyone's a winner. For us it's important that we show our kids how the business works and what can be achieved as they grow up. They've learnt loads already.
